Transparency First:
I believe in being upfront with you from day one. No hype, no unrealistic promises ~ just honest coaching and real expectations.
what You Can Expect from Working with Me
1. Personalized, Not Cookie-Cutter Every program is built specifically for you ~ your goals, your energy levels, your equipment, and how your body responds to GLP-1 medications. I don’t use generic templates.
2. Real Support
Weekly video/in-person check-ins. (depending on package)
Unlimited messaging through the Trainerize app
Adjustments made as needed ~ especially important with the ups and downs that can come with GLP-1s
3. Focus on Sustainable Results My main goal is to help you preserve muscle, rebuild strength, and create habits that serve you long after our time together ends. This is not a quick fix ~ it’s foundation-building work.
4. Honest Progress Results vary from person to person. Some clients notice better energy and strength within a few weeks. Others take longer as their body adjusts. I will always be transparent with you about what I’m seeing and what we can realistically improve.
5. My Commitment to You
I will show up prepared and fully focused during our sessions
I will listen to your feedback and adjust accordingly
I will celebrate your wins (big and small)
I will be honest if I feel something isn’t working
What I Expect from You Coaching is a partnership. For the best results, I ask that you:
Show up consistently for your workouts
Communicate openly (especially about energy, side effects, or struggles)
Be patient with the process
Take ownership of your effort outside of our check-ins
My Coaching Philosophy
I’m not here to sell you false hope or overnight transformations.
I’m here to help you build real strength, physically, mentally, and sustainably. Whether you’re on GLP-1 medications, tapering off, or maintaining your results, my job is to give you the tools, knowledge, and support to feel confident in your body long-term.
This journey isn’t always linear. There will be good weeks and challenging weeks. That’s normal — especially with GLP-1s. I’ll be right there with you through all of it.
